Seniors at home: connected, comfortable, safe.

Picture
Southeast Seniors is a non-profit organization of health care professionals and neighbors helping people 65 and older remain independent and safe at home.

Sometimes, it is just a simple task that needs doing or some resources that would make a difference. Growing older is much easier and safer when you have the support you need to live well at home.

We have professional staff and volunteers here to support you:
  • an Outreach Nurse on staff who can visit and assess nursing needs of clients,
  • a Service Coordinator who can provide resources, and help complete forms/waivers for services and supports,
  • and many volunteers who provide transportation, companionship, and other services to support people 65 and older in the community.
Our Service Area includes Southeast Como, Marcy Holmes, Prospect Park and Nicollet Island/East Bank in Southeast Minneapolis.

If you need support at home, know someone who needs support, or want to volunteer, please give us a call at 612-331-2302.
