Southeast Seniors is a non-profit, neighborhood based organization of health care professionals and neighbors helping people 65 and older remain independent and safe at home.
Our service area includes the neighborhoods of Como, Marcy Holmes and Prospect Park in Southeast Minneapolis, defined by zip code 55414.

Connect with a UMN student
Wonder what it is like to be a student at the University of MN? Join our Connect Club to meet a student and spend 20-30 hours with them over the course of a semester. Help them learn about your community and your experiences. Read about our new program.

It was great fun!
This trip was a collaboration between Wilderness Experience and Southeast Seniors to encourage seniors in Southeast to stay engaged in outdoor activities.
108 people from 3 to 92 took part in our adventure with 10 people in their 80's or 90's. 80% were age 60 and older. Click here for photos.
