Southeast Seniors is a non-profit organization of health care professionals and neighbors helping people 65 and older remain independent and safe at home.
Growing older is much easier and safer with support from family and the community. Sometimes, it is just a simple task that needs doing or some resources that would make a difference.
Southeast Seniors is here in the neighborhood.
We have an Outreach Nurse on staff who can visit and assess nursing needs of clients, a Social Worker who can coordinate services and provide resources, and many volunteers who provide transportation, companionship, and other services to support people 65 and older in the community.
If you need help at home, know someone who needs help, or want to volunteer, please give us a call
The neighborhoods we work in include Como, Marcy Holmes and Prospect Park in Southeast Minneapolis (zip code 55414).
Seniors at home: comfortable, connected, empowered, safe
